Density is not the same as clutter.

Density needs rhythm

A dense interface still needs clear grouping, breathing room, and strong alignment. Otherwise it only feels noisy.

Calmness comes from hierarchy

Calm interfaces are often precise rather than empty. The difference is whether each layer knows its role.
